Email Security & Impersonation Fraud

We have become aware of fraudulent emails purportedly sent on behalf of our company. These attacks — known as email spoofing — involve cybercriminals impersonating trusted organizations to deceive recipients. Signs of a suspicious email:

 

• The sender's address does not end in @actasarim.com.tr or @actasarim.net

• The email requests urgent payment, a change of bank account, or invoice updates

• The language is unexpectedly different or the email asks for personal information

• The email contains suspicious links or attachments

 

If you receive a suspicious email:

 

• Do not click any links or open attachments

• Forward it to us before deleting

• Report it to your internet service provider or relevant authorities if necessary.
